SHIPPING

Orders are shipped with Australia Post using Standard Shipping or Express Shipping if opt'd for.

Dispatch is from Perth, Western Australia, the next business day by 3pm AWST.

*Launch and Restock Periods: During new releases, restocks and sale periods please allow an additional 5 working days for dispatch on top of the normal shipping times. 

USA & Canada International Shipping

Orders being shipped outside of Australia to the USA & Canada can will be sent with standard post arriving approx 10-14 business day. 

We are not shipping elsewhere at this time.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We offer returns and refunds on full price items except items processed through After Pay. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is required to lodge a return/exchange by emailing info@fitbootybody.com using Subject: Refund or Return and Referencing their Order Number Items along with any details and must be in original condition (unworn/unopened/unused and not damaged.)

EXCHANGES 

We offer exchanges on orders over 14 days of delivery date. 

If a customer is exchanging items, the customer is required to:

If items are faulty we do offer exchange/return or full refund including postage. Items deemed faulty past 30 days may be denied.

SHIPPING/ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, Fit Booty Body cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing and you will need to process a claim via your bank.

RETURNING ITEMS

The items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Fit Booty Body. Fit Booty Body will not issue a refund to items that have been misplaced or lost in transit.

SALE ITEMS

Please be aware, all sale item’s cannot be exchanged/returned or refunded. Any items that are returned to Fit Booty Body that are discounted or on sale will be returned to sender.

If we have made an error on your order, we will reimburse you for any return shipping costs.

We handle all returns and process refunds in accordance with Consumer Law. Our liability for our products is limited to: the supplying of the products or services to you again; the replacement of the products; or the payment of the cost of having the products or services supplied to you again.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Fit Booty Body is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, injury or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our information, any products or services we offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information, materials or services on or through this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

To the extent we are unable to exclude liability; our total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from our products and website services is limited to us re-supplying the Services to you, or, at our option, us refunding to you the amount you have paid us for the Services to which your claim relates.

Legislation may confer certain rights, warranties and guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of the products and website services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, including but not limited to Consumer Law. At no time are these statutory rights sought to be excluded.
