Perform each exercise for 30 sec with minimal break in between to keep your heart rate up high.

Toe Taps

A few key tips to look out for when performing certain booty band exercises and working at a faster or higher intensity:

  • Avoid letting your knees buckle in when you perform squats
  • Avoid over arching your lower back in donkey kicks
  • Avoid over working your oblique muscles when doing side pulses/clams etc
